Project Overview

I led the development and optimization of over 200 responsive email campaigns across six brands under Intact Insurance. My work focused on creating efficient, consistent, and high-performing digital communications by standardizing HTML, CSS, and AMPscript code, implementing automation, and ensuring pixel-perfect rendering during the Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration. I collaborated closely with IT teams, marketing advisors, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to align email strategies and deliver measurable impact.

Defined campaign scope, risks, and estimated timelines in collaboration with Product Owners using Microsoft Planner and Agile principles.

Created master templates, modular email systems, and asset libraries to support scalable and standardized production in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Developed responsive campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript. Ensured high-quality rendering and deliverability through Litmus and multi-device QA validation.
