Project Overview
I developed and optimized responsive email campaigns and landing pages for clients in industries ranging from telecom to finance and cosmetics. My work centered on creating personalized, high-performing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot, combining creative design with data-driven automation.
Project Process
Kickoff & Planning
Defined goals and requirements with project managers using Monday and Agile sprint cycles.
Design & Conception
Created branded mockups and prototypes aligned with client visual identities in Adobe Photoshop.
Development & Testing
Developed responsive emails and landing pages using HTML, CSS, JS, and AMPscript. Performed rendering and deliverability testing across major clients using Email on Acid and multiple web browsers for landing pages.
Launch & Optimization
Delivered production-ready assets, documented process improvements, and shared optimization insights with the internal team.
Deployment & Review
While not a core responsibility, I occasionally assisted in campaign deployments and performance reviews to support the broader marketing team.
