I played a dual role in design and development, producing high-performing email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing materials for brands like Best Buy, Jean Coutu, and Canada Goose. My work blended technical precision with creative storytelling.
Project Process
Kickoff & Planning
Defined goals and requirements with project managers using Jira and Agile sprint cycles.
Design & Conception
Designed flexible layouts for emails and landing pages using Adobe Suite, ensuring alignment with client guidelines. Produced visuals for newsletters, events, and brand communications for Relation1.
Development & Testing
Hand-coded responsive emails and landing pages using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Dotmailer, and Axis. Performed rendering and deliverability testing across major clients using Litmus and multiple web browsers for landing pages.
Launch & Optimization
Conducted QA testing and collaborated with backend teams to set up automation workflows.
Deployment & Review
While not a core responsibility, I occasionally assisted in campaign deployments and performance reviews to support the broader marketing team.
